One of the parts of filmmaking I love the most is in collaboration. 

I work with filmmakers and writers on projects through all stages of the story and scripting process in fiction, documentary and hybrid films including:

I am a tutor at the prestigious script lab Le Groupe Ouest, with Less is More pre-writing x boosting ideas workshops and StoryTANK research. I have mentored / lectured with the BFI, Bristol University, Durham University, Bristol Film School and the Emerging Filmmakers Foundation. 

I have a background studying English Literature BA and Visual Culture + Identity MA, along with a diverse knowledge of the film industry working globally as an associate programmer at film festivals, a creative producer in documentary, advertising, fiction, museums, VR and as well my own established practice as a writer-director.

I truly understand the complexities of developing film and enjoy working as a guide, mentor, co-writer and story/script consultant, adapting to the needs of the individuals and groups I collaborate with.

I work with documentary-makers, artists and screenwriters, offering funding advice, application-writing, story development, script consulting and editing. I have experience running and designing workshops for documentary and fiction research, as well as activities developing relationships with projects working with first-time or non-actors. 

Recent artists / filmmakers I have worked with include; Lizzie MacKenzie, Christine Hagiwara Saab, Cailin + Anj Webb-Ellis, Tess Quatri and Catriona MacInnes.
